Fourteen years of masonry, organized for commercial portfolios.
Queensway Property Services was founded by the team behind All Canadian Masonry, a GTA masonry contractor since 2012, to serve property managers, REITs and condominium corporations who need one accountable contractor for concrete, masonry, sealants and waterproofing.
Where we come from
Our founder has run masonry crews in Toronto for fourteen years, working for general contractors, property managers and owners on repair and restoration across the city. Over that time the work expanded from brick and block into the concrete, sealant and waterproofing scopes that sit beside it on every commercial site.
Queensway Property Services is that capability set up as its own company, with its own insurance, WSIB account and crews, focused entirely on commercial and multi-residential property.

- Commercial general liability insurance, certificates issued naming your entity
- WSIB account in good standing, clearance certificates on request
- Scaffold, mast climber and boom lift access capability
How we price and deliver
Every project starts with a site walk and photo record. You get a written scope with quantities, a price, a schedule and a note on how we will keep the site operating while we work. For engineer-specified projects we price to their unit rates and provide the documentation they need to certify progress.
We do not take single-family residential work through this company. If you have a house, our masonry company can help.
