Concrete and curb repair for commercial sites
Curbs, sidewalks, pads, ramps and loading dock aprons. The work that keeps a retail or industrial site safe, accessible and out of the claims file.
Concrete on a commercial site fails in predictable places: curb faces broken by plows and delivery trucks, sidewalk panels heaved by frost, dock aprons crushed under trailer legs, and cart corrals and accessible ramps that no longer meet grade. Each one is a trip hazard or an accessibility issue before it is anything else.
What we do
- Curb and gutter removal and replacement, including barrier and mountable profiles
- Sidewalk panel replacement and grinding of minor heaves
- Loading dock aprons, dolly pads and truck wells
- Accessible ramps, tactile plates and curb cuts to current standard
- Bollard footings, light standard bases and equipment pads
- Saw-cutting, excavation, forming, placing and finishing with our own crews
How we work on live sites
Retail never closes for a curb. We phase replacements so entrances, fire routes and drive aisles stay open, place early-strength mixes where a lane has to reopen the same day, and coordinate with your snow and parking contractors so nothing gets driven on before it cures.
Site-wide programs are common. If you manage a portfolio, we can walk every property, rank the hazards, and give you a single priced schedule to take to ownership.
Request a site visit
Send the address and what you're seeing. We'll walk the site, document it, and return a scope and price you can take to ownership or the board.
