Waterproofing and protective coatings

Water finds the lowest point and the weakest seam. Foundation walls, plaza decks over occupied space, garage slabs and exposed block walls all need a membrane or coating system, and all of those systems age out.

Diagnosis first

Most water problems are misdiagnosed on the first call. Before we quote a membrane we find where the water is coming from, which is often a sealant, a flashing or a grading issue that costs a fraction of a full system. We tell you that when it is the case.
