Industrial and warehouse concrete and building repair

Industrial sites take the hardest use on the property. Trailer legs crush dock aprons, forklifts chip door surrounds, salt and heavy traffic eat concrete, and precast joint sealant fails on the same schedule as everywhere else but with more water behind it.

Scheduling

We work around shipping windows, including nights and weekends where a dock cannot be out of service during the day. Early-strength concrete gets a dock back in use the next shift.
