Parking garage and balcony repair

Garages and balconies are where Ontario's salt and freeze-thaw cycle does its most expensive work. Chlorides reach the rebar, the steel corrodes and expands, and the concrete around it delaminates. It sounds hollow under a hammer long before it spalls.

Working from the engineer's scope

This work is almost always specified by a consulting engineer and funded through a reserve fund. We are used to working from their drawings, pricing unit rates for concrete removal, and providing the documentation the engineer needs to certify quantities and release payment.
